Holders of diplomatic and service passports between Azerbaijan and Algeria will be exempted from reciprocal visas

“There are wide opportunities for cooperation in energy field, investment,” Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said at the press conference held after the meeting with Ramtan Lamamra, special representative of the President of Algeria, APA reports.

According to Azerbaijani FM there are good opportunities for expanding relations in tourism field: “In our meetings, we paid attention to cultural and humanitarian relations. Azerbaijan offers scholarship programs in the field of education. Algerian students participate in these programs, and in the future, these opportunities will expand even more.

The head of the MFA has noted that today a protocol has been signed between Azerbaijan and Algeria regarding the exemption of diplomatic and service passport holders from mutual visas and political consultations between the MFAs of the two countries.
