"Dialogue between Azerbaijan and Armenia is the key," said Katrín Jakobsdóttir, Prime Minister of Iceland while delivering a speech at the PACE, APA's Britain bureau reports.
She noted that after the conflict, both sides agreed to work together in peace and stability, which will be very beneficial for all people living in the South Caucasus.
The minister reminded that when they became members of the organization, Azerbaijan and Armenia undertook to resolve their relations peacefully and noted that both countries should act in accordance with their obligations. The Prime Minister emphasized that dialogue is the key to prevent further deterioration of the situation between the two countries.
