"The situation in the region is sensitive. Although Azerbaijan offers a peace agreement to Armenia, they did not respond to this for a long time," Turkiye's Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu said, APA reports.
He noted that Armenia sometimes resorts to provocations: "Of course, it is impossible for Azerbaijan not to respond to these provocations. We wish God's mercy to the martyrs and extend condolences to the Azerbaijani people. If we want a sustainable peace, Armenia must avoid the provocations".
