"There is a difference between rhetoric and actions. From time to time, we hear positive messages. However, it is not consistent and sometimes contradictory," said Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said in his statement to journalists, APA reports.
He said that there are contradictions in the speeches of the same persons: "We can't see that a line continues in the negotiation process. Unlike the messages announced, the facts are different. The Armenian side has not withdrawn its armed units from this area. The withdrawal of this contingent was stated in the tripartite declaration. Another issue is related to mines. In general, Armenia has not provided Azerbaijan with a mine map regarding the areas where mine explosions took place. We also discovered mines produced in 2021 in Lachin. We are observing steps in the direction of delaying the process, and Armenia is suffering from this," Azerbaijani FM stated.
