"Armenia does not fulfill its obligations under the November 10 tripartite statement. The delimitation and demarcation of the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border are deliberately delayed by Yerevan," Russia’s "Nasionalnaya oborona" magazine’s editor-in-chief, well-known military expert Igor Korotchenko on his Telegram channel, APA reports.
Korotchenko reminded that two years ago, the tripartite declaration, the act of de facto capitulation of Armenia in the Second Karabakh War, was signed, Yerevan assumed a number of obligations, but most of them have not yet been fulfilled by the Pashinyan government: "How does the situation look today:
Illegal armed groups of Armenia and regular military personnel of the Armenian army continue to stay in the territory of Karabakh.
▪ The Zangazur Corridor has not been commissioned. Moreover, Pashinyan refused to fulfill this commitment at the recent summit in Sochi.
▪ The delimitation and demarcation of the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border are deliberately delayed by Yerevan.
▪ Maps of mined areas of Armenians in liberated territories were not handed over to Azerbaijan.
