Kyrgyz President Japarov receives heads of special services of Turkic states

The 24th meeting of heads of special services of Turkic states is being held in Cholpon-Ata city of Kyrgyzstan, APA reports citing Anadolu.

Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov received heads of special services of Turkic states.

Kamchybek Kydyrshaevich Tashiev, head of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan, head of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Ali Nagiyev, deputy head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Azerbaijan Samir Ismayilov, chief of the State Security Service of Kazakhstan Ermek Sagimbayev, Chief of Turkish National Intelligence Organization, Hakan Fidan and chairman of the State Security Service of Uzbekistan Abdusalom Azizov have attended the meeting.

Sadyr Japarov noted that a deep historical bond creates a solid foundation for strengthening cooperation within the framework of special services of the Turkic states.

Japarov noting that the conference became an important platform for cooperation in the field of security drew attention to the fight of special service bodies against terrorism: "Achieving important results in the fight against these threats is possible only with systematic work, joint and coordinated efforts".
