Latvian Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Defense Artis Pabriks, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, has visited Shusha, APA reports.
The Minister attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition "Karabakh Horses" in Shusha.
"It is a great honor for me to be in Shusha, and to attend this exhibition," said Artis Pabriks.
"The photos of Karabakh horses are displayed at the exhibition. The horses have always been a symbol of freedom and friendship. I think the exhibition represents freedom, unity, and return."
The Defense Minister added that he saw the rubble along the way from Baku to Shusha: "I wish everyone peace and happiness."
