“Activities of Netherlands companies in Azerbaijan somewhat decreased due to COVID-19, however, they intend to increase their activity again, said the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Azerbaijan Pauline Eiseman at the press conference held today, APA reports.
The ambassador also commented on the absence of active performance of Netherlands companies in the liberated areas from the occupation. The diplomat noted that it is related to security.
“As you know, these areas are former conflict zones, there is mine threat. However, I think that Netherlands companies can cooperate with Azerbaijan in the demining field. I want to mention that there is already a Netherlands company cooperating with ANAMA in demining process. Our country has experience in the issue of construction and reconstruction of cities, we can contribute in this field,” added the ambassador.
