Next meeting of the Joint Working Group on the delimitation of the bottom of the Caspian Sea held

On January 24-25, the next meeting of the Joint Working Group on the issues of delimitation of the bottom of the Caspian Sea between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan was held in Ashgabat, APA reports.

Azerbaijani delegation was led by the Deputy Foreign Minister, Special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on border and Caspian Sea issues Khalaf Khalafov, while Turkmen delegation was led by the Director of the Caspian Sea Institute, special representative of Turkmenistan on Caspian Sea issues Murad Atajanov.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of relevant ministries of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan and specialized institutions.
