“Zangazur Corridor is important for Armenia itself as well,” said Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in his interview with Azerbaijani journalists on the sidelines of the OTS forum on multimodal transportation and logistics held in Istanbul, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.
He noted that the Zangazur Corridor, which is one of the most important segments of Middle Corridor, will also increase the trade volume between OTS countries: “Currently, the trade volume between the member states is 45 billion dollars. This is a small number, but a two-fold increase has been observed in the last 5 years.”
