“We had sincere, open, and friendly discussions with my Azerbaijani counterpart,” said Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki at the joint press conference with Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, APA's special correspondent assigned to Palestine reports.
“We discussed how we can develop our mutual relations. I expressed my gratitude to Azerbaijan for its support of Palestinian people's desire for freedom, and for supporting us on international platforms. We are grateful for the humanitarian support provided by Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan allocates scholarships for 25 Palestinian students every year. At the same time Azerbaijan will construct a school in the Nablus region, I express gratitude for this decision,” noted the minister.
