"Tackling climate change requires global transformation," said El Haité, former Minister of Environment for the Kingdom of Morocco at the panel discussion on "Geostrategic importance of the African region: Perspectives and challenges" held within the framework of X Global Baku Forum, APA reports.

El Haité said that the African region wants an equal, respectful approach. "We understand that Ukraine is facing aggression, what is happening is at the doorstep of Europe, war is going on there, but there are also conflicts and dangers in the African region".
