Armenia did not participate in the negotiations between Official Baku and the representatives of the Armenian residents of Garabagh, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said in his statement, APA reports.
The Prime Minister stated that Armenia did not participate in these negotiations.
Note that as proposed by the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a meeting will be held in Yevlakh on September 21, 2023 with representatives of the Armenian residents of Garabagh to discuss reintegration issues based on the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Today, Garabagh separatists have surrendered to Azerbaijan.
