"Armenia provided financial, political and military support to the so-called regime in Azerbaijan from its state budget," said Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan-Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration, at a briefing for the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, APA reports.
"Today's preliminary agreement is very important for the complete removal of those military forces from the territory of Azerbaijan," he said.
Hikmet Hajiyev stressed that the peace agreement will change the South Caucasus in a positive way.
