PERMIS issues a statement over attack Azerbaijani embassy in Tehran

The Permanent International Secretariat (PERMIS) of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) strongly condemns the terrorist attack at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Tehran on 27 January 2023, as a result of which one staff member of the Embassy was killed, and a few were wounded, APA reports citing the organization's website.

PERMIS expresses its deepest condolences to the family of the victim and to the Government and the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan and wishes a swift recovery to the injured.

Attacks on diplomatic missions are totally unacceptable. PERMIS rejects any acts of violence and terrorism in all of its forms and hopes that those responsible for this terrorist act will be swiftly brought to justice.
