52% of Azerbaijan's overall trade exchange was with the European Union, Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Azerbaijan Peter Michalko posted on his X (former Twitter) account in this regard, APA reports.
"The EU confirmed as the strongest commercial partner of Azerbaijan by the newest data: 52% of overall Azerbaijani trade exchange with the world, 65.6% of Azerbaijani exports, and 16.1% of Azerbaijani imports were with the EU in the first half of 2023!" the EU diplomat noted on his post.
