President Ilham Aliyev approves the Agreement between Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic on energy cooperation

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the "Agreement on energy cooperation between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic," APA reports.

According to the decree, the "Agreement on energy cooperation between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic" signed in Baku on September 30, 2021 was approved.

After the entry into force of the Agreement referred to in Part 1 of this Decree, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure the implementation of its provisions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the Czech Republic of the completion of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Agreement.
