Russian expert: Lightning-fast local anti-terror measures ended with complete success of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev

“Azerbaijani flags will fly in all the cities of Garabagh in the coming days,” director of the Russian Institute of Political Studies, political scientist Sergey Markov said, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

“Armenian military units have surrendered their weapons and are leaving Garabagh through the humanitarian corridors created by Azerbaijani Army and the Russian peacekeepers. Azerbaijani flags will fly in all the cities of Garabagh in the coming days. Lightning-fast local anti-terror measures ended with complete success of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev,” the Russian expert stressed.
