The activity of Trilateral Working Group co-chaired by the Deputy prime ministers in order to open all communications and restoration of the economic relations in the South Caucasus is being continued," said Deputy Director of Russian Foreign Ministry's Information and Press Department Alexey Zaitsev at today's briefing, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, certain progress was achieved regarding the different aspects of transportation communications, and convergence of the positions of the parties was achieved during the contacts of the co-chairs in the X meeting of the Trilateral Working Group on June 3, as well as within the framework of the Petersburg Economic Forum: "It is obvious that within the framework of Trilateral Working Group, the opening of highway and railway transportation ties, which meet the interests of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and their neighbors, in the region are discussed. If the concrete results are achieved, co-chairs of the Trilateral Working Group will give information themselves".
