Russiaəs Ministry of Foreign Affairs refuses to announce the proposals put forward by the official Moscow on the normalization of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations in Sochi, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
Russian MFA's official representative Maria Zakharova directed the attention to Vladimir Putin's words "Discussions will continue. He noted that he does not consider it true to publicly put the issue into a discussion that is extremely sensitive for both parties. Because it can simply be an obstacle to the negotiation process" in her response to the question "Armenian Prime Minister announced that his country is ready to build interstate relations with Azerbaijan on the basis of principles proposed by Russia.
