Yerevan and Baku may reach an agreement on peace within a year or sooner, the process is proceeding effectively, said Sergey Tsekov, a member of the International Relations Committee of the Russian Federation Council, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
According to her, the leaders of the countries sincerely want to agree on a peace agreement, and the mediating role of Russia is one of the most crucial.
