Samad Seyidov: Armenia tries to deceive international organizations

Samad Seyidov, head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe delivered a speech at the winter session of the organization, APA reports.

While delivering a speech, he noted that Azerbaijan has liberated its lands from occupation two years ago and restored justice.

We have done everything for peace in two years. In order to disrupt these peace negotiations, the Armenian side always tries to deceive international organizations, they use the so-called "blockade of Lachin". The reason for this is that they are aware of losing their power," emphasized Samad Seyidov.

Samad Seyidov stressed to the parliamentarians participating in the winter session that despite the liberation of territories from occupation, people could not return to their native lands due to the mines planted by Armenia.

Samad Seyidov said that Armenia cannot come together with Azerbaijanis and discuss the future of the region.

"Instead, they provoke the people living in Karabakh. Now they are bringing Ruben Vardanyan to Karabakh. That person has been sanctioned by many organizations," added Samad Seyidov.

Samad Seyidov advised Armenia to start thinking about lasting peace in the region together with Azerbaijan instead of begging international organizations.
