"I don't think that the issue is related to the UN or its Charter. I believe that we should form a tribunal to hold Russia accountable for what it has committed. What weakens the UN today is its Security Council, the composition of the Security Council does not correspond to modern times, it was formed after the Second World War," said Kjell Magne Bondevik while responding to a question about the UN being ineffective in the resolution of conflicts
