Turkish citizens living in Azerbaijan supported Erdogan

Most of the Turkish voters who voted from Azerbaijan in the second round of presidential elections in Türkiye supported Recep Tayyip Erdogan, APA reports citing Anadolu.

Noted that in the elections held in 15 polling stations in Azerbaijan, 53.59 percent (2644 votes) of the voters voted for Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the candidate of the "Republican Union", the chairman of the "AK Party", 46.41 percent (2290 votes) voted for the candidate of the "Millet Union", CHP chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.

A total of 4,983 Turkish citizens voted in the voting in Azerbaijan. Out of them, 4934 votes were considered valid, 49 votes were invalid. Voter turnout was 57.75 percent.
