Saying that the initiative to hold the Extraordinary Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States in Türkiye belongs to the President of Azerbaijan, the head of state of Türkiye expressed his gratitude for this initiative.
The importance of the summits held in this format of the Organization of Turkic States was noted, and the importance of devoting the summit meeting to the topic of eliminating the consequences of the earthquake that occurred in Türkiye was emphasized.
