TURKPA appreciates the return of Lachin city, Zabux and Sus villages to Azerbaijan

The Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) issued a statement on the return of the city of Lachin, the villages of Zabux and Sus to Azerbaijan, APA reports.

The Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) appreciated the return of the city of Lachin, the villages of Zabukh and Sus to Azerbaijan as part of the ongoing process in accordance with the provisions of the tripartite statement dated November 9/10, 2020.

It was noted that TURKPA reiterates its commitment to the territorial integrity and sovereignty of brotherly Azerbaijan, expresses its support for the efforts to normalize relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and believes that this process will contribute to the achievement of sustainable peace, stability and sustainable development in the South Caucasus.
