The DOST (Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision) platform of Azerbaijan provides flexible services to citizens as a single platform, said UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan Vladanka Andreeva at the international conference "DOST 2023: a unified platform for the provision of flexible, innovative and sustainable services", APA reports.
She said that it is a positive thing that experts from different parts of the world gather here to discuss sustainable development goals: "The reforms carried out in the field of social security in recent years show Azerbaijan's vision for the future. The fact that people are surrounded by social services is a manifestation of this. Both local and foreign experts were invited to this conference so that their discussions would ensure sustainable social security.
In order to organize social security, we need to increase both financial and human resources. The single window model has started to be applied in most countries of the world for the provision of social services. A unified platform increases accessibility to social services."
