UNHCR representative: Azerbaijan correctly identified the important component of the "Great Return".

"One of the tasks set by the government of Azerbaijan while implementing the "Great Return" program as a sustainable solution after decades of forced displacement will be not only large and complex works such as construction, reconstruction, and demining but also to create an attractive city for the younger generation," said Guido Ambrosio, the head of the Azerbaijan Delegation of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, in the panel discussions held at the National Urban Forum, APA reports.

"I know that creating an attractive city is one of the goals of the Aghdam plan. Yesterday, unfortunately, I could not participate in the trip to Aghdam city, but I have visited Agdam several times before. Therefore, I consider that the government of Azerbaijan correctly identified the important component for the "Great Return" to be successful and sustainable," UN High Commissioner added.
