The United States is deeply concerned and closely monitoring reports of tension in Karabakh, including casualties and injuries, it was stated in a written statement by the head of the press service of the State Department, Ned Price, APA reports.
"We call for immediate steps to de-escalate the situation.
The recent increase in tension underlines the need for a comprehensive and stable settlement of all remaining issues related to the tension or arising from it through negotiations," the statement said.
