“In accordance with the decree of Azerbaijani President, temporary commandant's offices have been established in territorial units of liberated lands. Police posts have been appointed to the enterances of territories of these regions. The movement of the people and their transport vehicles who have special enterance are allowed with special roads which are cleared and signed, Director of the National Agency for Mine Action of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) Gazanfar Ahmadov said, APA reports.

G. Ahmadov said that those who want to go to their ancestral lands and visit their homeland are welcomed with understanding by the joy of the liberation of the lands from the occupation: "However, given that these areas are contaminated with mines, unexploded ordnance, explosive devices and explosive remnants of war, they are asked not to enter these areas until they have the opportunity to travel safely, and to refrain from visiting these areas.

We would like to point out that there is a very high risk of exposure to mines and unexploded ordnance, including in these areas, by evading police posts and using intermediate roads. The mobilization of the Agency's mine-sweepers to evacuate a civilian injured in a possible explosion further complicates the dangerous and risky mine-clearing and demining activities.

In view of the above, we ask our citizens not to enter suspicious and dangerous areas, to strictly follow the required rules, not to endanger the lives and health of themselves and our people working in a safe environment."
