"Today we have once again witnessed the shelling of Armenian armed forces during the day in Tartar, the damage to civilians and residential buildings," Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev said, APA reports.
Mr. Hajiyev said that the Armenian military-political leadership is so fallen into a frenzy that they continue to bomb the surrounding areas, even when representatives of diplomatic missions are in Barda and Tartar: "They have no sense of responsibility. As we have seen, their target is civilians. This is part of the war and war crimes against civilians in Armenia, which began with the Khojaly genocide and continues today."
