Due to the provocative trait of the military-political leadership of the Republic of Armenia, Armenian Armed Forces continue grossly violating norms and principles of international humanitarian law and shelling residential settlements, civilian facilities, as well as individual houses, and apartments using heavy artillery, Ministry of Emergency Situations told APA.

Beginning from the morning hours today, Ganja City being our country’s second-largest city and situated completely far from the combat region was exposed to rocket strikes from Armenia’s territory. Based on the initial information, a fire was prevented at one address by relevant forces of the MES brought to the territory, while relevant measures are taken in regard to the elimination of wreckage at three addresses. Two injured people were pulled out from under wreckages and were handed over to the concerned institutions by the rescuers.
