"Unfortunately, international community does not react to Armenia's war crimes enough. You witnessed that Armenia committed an international war crime in Ganja", Assistant to the First Vice President Elchin Amirbayov said at the briefing held for ambassadors of foreign countries, foreign military attaches, accredited in the Republic of Azerbaijan and representatives of international countries (the UN, the EU, the ICRC) in our country today, APA reports
He noted that Azerbaijan is ready to take preventive measures, necessary for provision of security of its people: "Armenia should comply with the ceasefire regime, withdraw its troops from occupied territories. The conflict will be solved peacefully only in this way. If there is not peace, Azerbaijan will liberate its territories by military means."
