H. Hajiyev said that Armenia violates Geneva Convention with this: “Initially rocket blow has been inflicted to Dashkesen region from the direction of the Vardenis region . The Azerbaijani side has destroyed that fire target. Yesterday Armenia fired on Johug Merjanli village by using Smerch system. Nearly 20 houses were damaged. Today rocket has been fired to Shamkir from Gorus by Tochka-U rocket. We warn once again that Azerbaijan will take measures against military targets in Armenian territory, regarding this fire by Armenia. The Armenian armed forces are trying to compensate for the losses they have faced, both personally and technically with such a way. More than 20 civilians have been killed, more than 50 civilians injured.”
