He noted that the purpose of Armenia inflicting fire on Azerbaijan’s cities and regions is to involve a third country into the conflict: “Secondly, their purpose is to camouflage the defeats of themselves, of Garabagh’s criminal armed units on the frontline and divert attention of the Armenian society from this. They want to present themselves as heroes to the society by attacking Azerbaijan’s civilian population. They want to intimidate Azerbaijan’s civilian population. They think that in such case the civilian population will leave their residential places. I assure you that these will not work out well”.
