Continuing gross violation of the humanitarian ceasefire Armenian army at 01:00 on October 17, inflicted rocket fire on the second-largest city of Azerbaijan, which is located completely far away from the combat zone, committed large destruction and casualties, Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.
Relevant forces of the MES were immediately involved in the site. So far 52 injured people, and 13 bodies of people were removed from wreckages.
The search and rescue operation continues. Additional information will be provided.
