"Search and rescue operations were launched immediately after the incident which killed more than 10 civilians. Search and rescue operations are underway. The area will be re-inspected and the damage will be determined," said Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov, who arrived in Ganja in the morning, APA reports.
The Minister said that the population in Ganja is restrained, there is no concern: "Not only in Ganja but also in other cities and regions, settlements are being shelled, it is vandalism. the Azerbaijani Army is moving forward. The Supreme Commander-in-Chief makes history."
K. Heydarov noted that all the destroyed places will be restored and residents will be provided with apartments.
