Representatives of diplomatic corps, heads of representations of international organizations in Azerbaijan are on a visit to Aghdam, liberated from occupation, APA's local bureau reports.

Assistant to the Azerbaijani President - Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said that purpose of the organization of this visit is bringing brutality, vandalism committed by Armenia in Aghdam to the attention of international organizations.

"Representatives of diplomatic corps, members of the Garabagh Football Club of Aghdam participate in the visit. I should note that Garabagh functioned as an exiled club for many years", he stressed.

Assistant to President said that exhibition of French photographer has also been viewed during the visit: "French photographer was here during Khojaly genocide in 1992, took photos of people, who were looking for their relatives in front of Aghdam mosques. We will bring these photos to the attention of diplomatic corps in a compared form. Football Club will also play a symbolic football."

H. Hajiyev noted that it has been impossible to bring this brutality committed by Armenians, to the attention of world community for many years: "These territories are already under control of Azerbaijan, they see everything with their eyes really. There is no need for explanation here. Because ethnic cleansing of Armenians against Aghdam population is in front of the eye. If ethnic cleansing against Aghdam people is called genocide in accordance with international law, brutality committed against the city can be called "urbicide". It is a term, characterizing brutality against cities in international relations since 1963. Today, Aghdam city, as well as Azerbaijan's Fuzuli city are clear examples of "urbicide"".
