Investigation on death of Alihuseyn Shaliyev over

The investigation shows that no one is guilty in Shaliyevâ€™s death.
Though the preliminary investigation period was over on November 24, the period was prolonged for 2 months, as the investigation was not over. The prosecutorâ€™s office said it was proved that the letters found on the site had been written by him. Shaliyev noted that no one is guilty in his death.
Shaliyev indicted for abuse of power, taking bribe and other heavy crimes and arrested, was taken from detention ward of the National Security Ministry to Health Center of the Justice Ministry Penitentiary Service with diagnose inguinal hernia on August 5 last year. He was operated on August 9. Shaliyev committed a suicide opening the veins of both of his arms. /APA/
