Bronze bas-relief put on late Journalist Samir Esgerkhanovâ€™s grave stolen

The stealers did not touch the graves of his relatives next to his. Deputy Chief of Yasamal Police Department #28 Valeddin Sultanov told the APA that they have no information about the precedent. He said that if journalistâ€™s family appeals to the department, they will conduct investigation.
â€œIt was not possible to monitor the territory as the incident happened late. Tomorrow our officers will investigate the case,â€? he said.
It should be noted that Asgerkhanov died in 1998 and buried in Yasamal grave-yard. He worked for a long time in AzTV as commentator and was author of the programs about Armenian terrors. NSM awarded him prize. /APA/
