In October, 30 people were detained within the framework of the fight against illegal migration, while attempting to pass the state border with forged passports, Schengen visas, and date stamps, said the information of the State Border Service, APA reports.
It was noted that 25 people were detained due to violation of regime rules along border, and 678 people were detained for violating border regime rules. Relevant measures have been taken regarding them.
As a result of anti-crime measures, law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Azerbaijan detected 234 people and delivered them to the relevant bodies. 420 people banned from leaving the country and 24 people banned from entering the Republic of Azerbaijan were prevented.
