Azerbaijan repatriated 366 people from Iraq and Syria so far

"So far, 366 people from Iraq and Syria have been repatriated in stages," said Ali Naghiyev, the head of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairman of the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Person, APA reports.

The chairman of the commission said that appropriate measures were taken to repatriate and rehabilitate the families of those detained in Iraq and Syria, especially women and children, who took part in the fighting as part of illegal armed groups during the armed conflicts in the Middle East.
