Azerbaijani MES employees operate in liberated territories for 24 hours: Deputy Minister

"Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) decently implemented its duty during the Patriotic War," said Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations, Lieutenant-General Etibar Mirzayev at the oath-taking ceremony of young cadets at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, APA reports.

Deputy Minister has noted that firefighting groups, special risky rescue service employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are operating in the liberated from occupation territories for 24 hours: "They immediately react to the incidents in these areas. MES also participates in mine clearance operations. A special group of the MES conducts mine-clearance operations in direction of Fuzuli and Aghdam. Four demining robots have been purchased. New equipment will also be bought and we will clear new territories from mines."
