On February 1, the head of the State Border Service (SBS) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev, held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Defense of Israel, Yoav Galant, APA reports citing the SBS.
During the phone call, Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev congratulated Mr. Galant on his appointment to a new position.
Stressing the high level of existing relations, the parties discussed the prospects of cooperation in areas of mutual interest and exchanged views on developing relations between our countries in the field of security and border protection.
