On September 24, the Ağdam military prosecutor's office received information regarding the deaths of military personnel of military unit No. N of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, Shadmanov Akram Yunis and Seyidov Tural Islam, and Aliyev Elvin Taleh suffering various degrees of bodily injuries, press service of the General Prosecutor's Office told APA.
On the basis of the received information, the Department of Criminalistics and Information Technology of the Military Prosecutor's Office and the employees of the Ağdam military prosecutor's office carried out preliminary procedural verification actions.
The Military Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan has initiated a criminal case in this regard under Article 29,120.2.12 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
