“Azerbaijani customs officials have faced the fact of violation of the law that they have never encountered before. At the Silk Road customs post of the Baku General Customs Department, among other goods, construction goods produced by the Republic of Armenia, which were not declared to the customs authority, and according to the inscriptions on them, were discovered,” said the press and public relations department of SCC, APA reports.
According to the information, Armenian goods that were tried to be illegally imported into the country usually consisted of food products and alcoholic beverages.
State Customs Committee and State Security Service conduct a joint investigation regarding the fact.
