Under the instruction of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, a BE-200CS amphibious aircraft belonging to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan was sent to help the brotherly country to prevent from spreading forest fires on a large scale and extinguish them in the Republic of Turkiye, APA reports citing the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Starting today, the aircraft has started firefighting operations in the Mugla region of Turkiye.
