According to the preliminary information, the two persons left the mountain from the direction of Guba. They were found in the direction of Ismayilli district. Due to the weather and mountainous terrain, they have not been able to descend yet.

The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information that two citizens were helpless in a mountainous area in the direction of Ismayilli district, the Ministry told APA.
After the information their coordinates were determined and passed on to the relevant persons.
At present, work is being done to evacuate citizens Elnur Naciyev and Emil Jabrayilov in a coordinated manner with the relevant institutions.
