Plane operating the London-Islamabad flight makes an emergency landing in Baku

The captain of the “Virgin Atlantic” airliner flying on the route London-Islamabad applied for an emergency landing at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, due to the sudden deterioration of the health condition of a passenger, said the press service of the International Airport, APA reports.

"Boeing 787-9" aircraft successfully landed at Baku airport at 07.37 local time.

Note that this is the second plane that made an emergency landing at Baku airport in the last 12 hours. On the evening of March 2, "EVA Air" airliner "Boeing 787" operating the Bangkok-Amsterdam flight, also made an emergency landing at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, due to the deterioration of the health condition of a passenger.
