Hyundai i20 to be imported to Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Hyundai Auto Azerbaijan, the official dealer of South Korean Hyundai automaker in Azerbaijan, plans to import Hyundai i20 cars to the country late this year.
The company said this model will replace the Getz which is nearing the end of its life-cycle and has been available in the European market since 2002.
â€œThis selling price will be AZN 13 500 to AZN 15 000. This model will be available in Azerbaijan in December,â€ said the company.
Hyundai i20 has been largely built on the lines of the companyâ€™s premium hatchback - i30 that has already been launched in Europe and Korea. It has a low slung grille in the front, with large headlamps and round fog lamps. The windscreen has been sharply scraped, in a way that it flows smoothly and merges with the fresh tail section.
It is available with 1.4-litre and 1.6-liter engines.
Hyundai Auto Azerbaijan has been in operation since 1996.
